Material pricing data is constantly updated to reflect the current market cost. ZERO SOFTWARE FEE'S OR AQUISITION REQUIRED
Here at EE Group we utilize our own software developed in house. Our powerful software ensures accurate material pricing, item overview lists that are easily manageable/manipulatable on the fly (this is a huge time saver and helps when items need to be changed or added quickly right before bid time), and an accurate itemized labor databased consisting of more than 100,000 electrical materials. EE group covers costs associated with all software that we use therefore additional licensing fees, software additions, and software updates are covered in house at no expense to our clients. This cuts down on expensive yearly software update fee's, software choices that can exceed $10,000.00, and costs associated with training your own estimators to use the estimating software.
START TO FINISH FOLLOWTHROUGH ON ALL AWARDED BIDS
EE Group will pick up right where we left off on awarded bids. EE Group will work with owner selected vendors immediately after award of contract in order to acquire all submittal documentation in a quick and timely fashion. EE group will procure compiled submittal portfolios when submitting in order to ensure that submittals aren't forgotten or misplaced and are easily viewable/manageable by the project engineer. EE Group will assist in the ordering of gear and procurement of lead times as required. EE Group works directly with project managers/foreman on the ground to produce accurate change orders provided to the general contractor in a timely manner.
